In order to send files to Signcut please be sure you are using the Application Launcher and choosing the send to Signcut from the drop down menu.

If you have installed Corel after installing Signcut you may need to reinstall the plugins. To do so please open Signcut and from the help menu choose reinstall plugins.
If this does not correct the problem please open an image in Corel then choose export from the file menu and manually export as an .ai file with text converted to curves and compression unchecked. After doing this try the application launcher again. If this does not correct your issue you may have a problem with the image itself so please try testing several images and if that all yield the same results please submit a support ticket to support@sc-x2.com.
