Perform these steps before setting up SignCut:
- Install the USB-driver included on the CD with the machine.
- Setup the machine, connect all cables once the USB-driver has been installed.
- Check that the cutting-head is not against any of the red buttons.
- Make sure the machine is powered on and in online-mode.
Now you are ready to go to setup SignCut, click the tab for your operating system above.
To setup SignCut for your machine, follow these steps:
- Open SignCut Productivity Pro.
- Click on the Cutter-button to open that dialogue.
- In the Manufacturer list, choose "USCutter".
- In the Cutter list, choose the model you have.
- In the Device list, choose your virtual COM-port.
- There is an option to calibrate your cutter, do NOT click there before first cut.
- Now click Ok to close the dialogue.
- Now you are ready to start cutting.
To setup SignCut for your machine, follow these steps:
- Open SignCut Productivity Pro.
- Click on the Cutter-button to open that dialogue.
- In the Manufacturer list, choose "USCutter".
- In the Cutter list, choose the model you have.
- In the Device list, choose the device that begins with "/dev/cu". If it is missing, then you need to install the driver for your machine.
- There is an option to calibrate your cutter, do NOT click there before first cut.
- Now click Ok to close the dialogue.
- Now you are ready to start cutting.
