Setup a Bridge plotter with SignCut |

Before trying to get things working, determine the following:
- Decide what interface to use, and make sure to use the correct cables.
- Check what baudrate the cutter is setup to use.
- Check that the cutting-head is not against any of the red buttons.
- Make sure the machine is powered on and in online-mode.
If you are using the USB-port on the cutter, you need to install the driver for it. You can find the latest driver by clicking here. Download and install the driver for your operating system. Once finished you will find a new COM-port on a PC or a new device on Mac.
Now you are ready to go to setup SignCut-X2, click the tab for your operating system above.
To setup SignCut for your machine, follow these steps:
- Open SignCut Productivity Pro.
- Click on the Cutter-button to open that dialogue.
- In the Manufacturer list, choose "Bridge Cutters".
- In the Cutter list, choose your particular model.
- In the Device list, choose your device that is either a COM-port or LPT-port.
- Now choose the same baudrate as was set on the cutter.
- There is an option to calibrate your cutter, do NOT click there before first cut.
- Now click Ok to close the dialogue.
- Now you are ready to start cutting.
To setup SignCut for your machine, follow these steps:
- Open SignCut Productivity Pro.
- Click on the Cutter-button to open that dialogue.
- In the Manufacturer list, choose "Bridge Cutters".
- In the Cutter list, choose your particular model.
- In the Device list, choose your device that begins with "/dev/cu."
- Now choose the same baudrate as was set on the cutter.
- There is an option to calibrate your cutter, do NOT click there before first cut.
- Now click Ok to close the dialogue.
- Now you are ready to start cutting.
